How access computers using windows 7 via run \\computername\C$ on all of the systems on my network
Your question is unclear, what exactly is it you are trying to do? Access the admin share via \\computer\c$ or access Remote Desktop via mstsc /v computer?

I have added the domain admin account the the C: share and have selected in the remote desktop connections to allow the domain admin account to access the computers. When I try and connect to a system using the run command to the pc name or IP it fails. I haven't received the error to trouble shoot, it trys to detect the problem but returns no solution.
